In the Larger Context

West Park Preserve is a development created by Pulte Homes, headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Pulte has received consistently high measures of customer satisfaction from JD Power over the last decade.All construction was completed in March of 2009. The community consists of 196 homes and includes two and three bedroom units; with and without incorporated garages. See this overview. The main common facility, other than our beautiful grounds, is the swimming pool and cabana. There is also a central mail kiosk. Vesta manages the community for the association.

Westpark is indeed a preserve for the natural world in which it is situated. There is a high regard for the protection of wildlife, of which there are many varieties. Large natural conservation areas and water retention ponds create an intersection of humanity and nature throughout the property.
