DETERMINING
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
The
easiest way to find out exactly what the S&H charges on any product
or order will be is to simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart.
When you do this you will be shown a screen that displays the total
cost of the merchandise, the shipping & handling charges, and a
grand total. At this point in the process, you are not in any way obligated
to follow through and submit the order, and can either adjust the assortment
and quantities of merchandise in your cart or simply abandon the page.

ESTIMATING SHIPPING TIME
We are sorry but we cannot notify customers at each step
of the fulfillment process. To get an idea of how long it will take
to receive your order, first, allow a few days for your payment to reach
us. If it is an approved credit card or PayPal payment, it will be processed
immediately. Once received, money orders and cashier's checks under
$200.00 are treated as cash payments. If you send a check, your order
will be held for a minimum of 14 days from the date of deposit
before shipping is scheduled. Orders over $200.00 paid by money order,
cashier's check, or certified check, are subject to the same 14-day
holding period (see our Policies for
more information on these payments).
Once
we receive and have confirmed your payment, shipping is usually scheduled
within one to two business days (NOTE: Orders
under $75.00 and those going to PO boxes or non-US military addresses,
may require a week or more to ship.). Allow another three
to seven business days for delivery (depending on how far you are from
the U.S. East Coast), and that should give you an idea of when the order
will reach you. (NOTE: "business days" include only Monday
through Friday, and exclude weekends and holidays. For example, if we
receive a payment on Friday and the following Monday is a holiday, shipping
may not take place until Tuesday or Wednesday).
If
you have sent a Postal money order for less than $200.00, or have paid
by PayPal or credit card, and do not receive your order within 21 days,
please contact us again and include your name & shipping address,
plus all details of the order and your e-mail address.
HOURS
OF OPERATION
We are open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM weekdays. Orders received after
4:00 PM on non-holiday weekdays are considered received on the next
business day. For example, an order received after 4:00 PM on non-holiday
Friday is received by us the following non-holiday Monday. Orders received
on the day prior to a holiday, are received by us the following business
day (which does not include weekend days). Please take these hours into
consideratiin when calculating shipping times.

THE
MAIN CAUSES OF SHIPPING DELAYS
1)
You paid by check in any amount, or by a bank money order, cashier's
check, or certified check over $200.
2) Your shipping address is a P.O. box or a foreign military
address (FPO, APO, etc.) (see Shipping Times).
3) Your order was under $75.00 (see Shipping
Times).
4) You made a request on your order form for shipment to an alternative
address from the address on your credit card account or the PayPal Confirmed
address. We do not ship to such alternative addresses.
5) You made a request on your order form for a package to be
left by the carrier without requiring a signature. Such requests automatically
trigger a preliminary fraud investigation.
6) Your order contained several items (sometimes items must be
shipped from different warehouses, and may arrive separately at different
times).
7) The e-mail address on your order form is invalid, not working,
or has been changed. If this is the case, we may have tried unsucessfully
to contact you with information concerning a possible shipment delay.
8) You made an error in the address on your order form (recheck
your copy for errors).
9) You submitted an order to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or
a foreign military address, without first contacting us for the additional
shipping and handling charges. .(PLEASE NOTE:
We no longer ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or other non-Continental US locations
under any circumstances)

We do not, under any circumstances, neogiate shipping & handling
charges. The
rates listed on this page apply to destinations within the lower 48
U.S. states only. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or to foreign military
addresses, please contact
us before making payment to find out the shipping & handling
charge on your order. We are sorry, but because of the extreme expense
in shipping and handling, we no longer ship
speaker boxes or other heavy items, such as speakers with large magnets,
to Alaska, Hawaii, or to foreign military addresses (APO, FPO, etc.).

INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
We no longer accept
any orders for shipment outside the US
The present economics of transportation make it prohibitively expensive
to ship our products outside the US. This, coupled with an enormous
increase in international credit card fraud and payment counterfeiting,
has forced us to discontinue all shipments to non-US locations. We sincerely
regret this situation, and if at some future time the efficiency of
transport and other circumstances make it possible, we will be happy
to serve the needs of all the world once again.

SHIPPING
METHODS
Domestic shipments are sent by either USPS Parcel Post,
USPS Priority Mail, or UPS ground, at OUR
discretion. Because the size of the order and the type of merchandise
being shipped dictate the shipping method, we cannot ship via a specific
carrier at the customer's request. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or to
foreign military addresses, are sent by USPS only.

TIMES
NOTE: Orders under $75.00 and those
going to PO boxes or non-US military addresses (see below), may require
up to a week to ship. All other orders are
normally shipped on the first or second weekday following receipt and
confirmation of payment (except for holidays).
Credit card & PayPal payments are considered confirmed upon receipt
and/or credit card charge confirmation. Payments
under $200.00 made by money order, cashier's check, or certified check
are considered confirmed upon receipt. All orders paid for by check,
and orders over $200.00 paid by bank money order, cashier's check, or
certified check will be held for a minimum of
14 days before shipping is scheduled (see our Policies
for more information on such payments).
Shipments are made from one of three locations, depending upon the type
of merchandise ordered and where that merchandise is currently in stock.
These locations include warehouses in Ohio & North Florida, and
our service center at P.O. Box 654, Elfers, FL 34680.
SHIPMENTS
TO FOREIGN MILITARY ADDRESSES
Because our warehouses ship only via UPS, and UPS cannot deliver to
foreign military addresses, we will often have to have foreign military
orders shipped to our service center in Central Florida first, then
re-pack and re-ship them to the military address. For this reason, there
will be an extra S&H charge, and you must contact
us before placing the order for the costs. Also note
that there can be a delay of up to seven days before the order is shipped
to its ultimate destination. We are sorry, but we
do not ship speaker boxes or other heavy items of any kind to foreign
military addresses.

each, depending upon size and weight. Some larger loaded boxes are not
UPS Shippable and must be shipped via commercial carrier. In these cases,
higher shipping charges will apply. No shipments outside the continental
US or to foreign military addresses (FPO, APO etc.)
SOME LARGER WOOFERS & AMPS,
AS WELL AS SOME SPECIALTY PRODUCTS carry
special shipping & handling charges due to weight and/or size &
fragility.
