POOL TIME

Owners, their lessees and guests, using the swimming pool and any other recreational facilities, do so at their own risk. Persons using the swimming pool are requested to read and obey the posted rules for use of the swimming pool and patio area.

• No lifeguard on duty
• For use by residents and guests only
• Proper swimwear required-no jeans or cut-offs
• Children under 12 only when accompanied by an adult
• No running/disorderly conduct or throwing of objects
• Shower before entering pool
• No animals in the pool area
• All food/drink must be in unbreakable containers
• No diapers or bandages in the pool
• No diving
