Middlcreek Homeowners Association

Hurricane preparation

A good place to live !

Middle creek is spread across three different evacuation zones: A, B, and C. Evacuations are usually ordered by zone starting with A.
Units in buildings, 1, 3, 4, and 5 toward the north end, by the creek are in zone A. The rest of the community is in zone B, except for south end building 8 which is in zone C.

We highly recommend the application of breakage resistant film on units with large window areas.
To the extent possible, vehicles should be parked in garages. Lawn furniture, trash cans and other movable items and loose debris that can become windblown missles, should be moved indoors for the duration of the event.

In the event of such an emergency, there may be a loss of many utility services. Members wishing to share generators, gas grills, candles, first aid kits and extra provisions, are invited to make known to the board members, the availability of such resources in an emergency situation. Contact the board here

Members staying on the premises during evacuations are requested to check the community, and report any major damage as soon as possible to Condominium Associates manager, Steve Carpenter. (727) 573-9300
