Association Members are invited to attend all board meetings. But you will not be recognized to speak without prior arrangement.

All current records are available for inspection by members at the offices of Condominium Associates. Please arrange for such inspections before visitation.

Board members volunteer for a two year term, and serve at no compensation to protect the interests of the community. You are invited to participate when elections are held every year, usually in June.
