The Company’s earliest 2005 operations related to hurricane re-roof in Central Florida which was still abundant from the 2004 HurricaneSeason.

Late in the 2005 Hurricane Season management and operations mobilized in the State of Mississippi in response to the FEMA declared disaster for Hurricane Katrina.

FRG was a Tier 1 subcontractor under a $50 million USACE Blueroof award and in fewer than four months, the Company installed over one million square feet of emergency temporary roofing across nearly three quarters of the State of Mississippi.

When Hurricane Wilma crossed South Florida two months later, an Advance Deployment Team (ADT) was sent into the Miami, Florida area to begin setting the foundation for hurricane re-roof operations. While operations and production remained in Mississippi, the sales and administrative teams setup in Broward and Miami-Dade counties in South Florida.

Marketing campaigns began with tremendous response. An enormous recruiting and training program was kicked-off in mid-November 2005, and hundreds of applicants responded to become sales representatives and begin canvassing neighborhoods.

The ADT established offices, infrastructure, management organization, job tracking and commenced installations in less than sixty (60) days. Sales rocketed from zero to $12 million annualized revenues in approximately three months. And again it is important to note that this was accomplished in the Miami-Dade area, which bears the strictest code enforcement in the United States.
