Services

First Response Group, Inc will focus on two primary services for its first year of operations:

• Commercial, Industrial and Residential roofing for existing construction (aka “re-roof”)
• Emergency Temporary Roofing for USACE/FEMA missions and directly for homeowners.

The Company contracts with individual homeowners for residential re-roof which typically consists of either concrete tile or asphalt shingle based systems.

Manufacturers of products used include Monier Lifetile, Hanson, ELK, GAF, Owens Corning, and Atlas.

Commercial & Industrial contracts are usually obtained by responding to requests for proposals (RFPs).

Similarly, the Emergency Temporary Roofing contracts are obtained by submitting a response to an RFP which is issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

The USACE under FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security awards Advance Contract Initiatives (ACI's) averaging $100-$200 million per contract in order to have prime contractors on standby in the event of a major disaster in the United States.
